Delete your Run4ever account

You can delete your account from the website, without installing the Android app. Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your current password.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your account email address to request deletion. We may need to verify ownership. Never send your password.

What happens to your data

All your runners are retired first. Your account is disabled, your username, email, password and runner names are replaced, and account-linked push subscriptions, notifications, email logs, testimonials and referral links are removed from the live game database. This cannot be undone from the game.

Technical records and game history may remain linked to internal identifiers. Limited purchase records are retained for payment reconciliation, accounting and legal obligations. Deleting an account does not automatically refund purchases.

Backups and records held by service providers are handled separately. Contact support for a personal-data request covering these records or details of applicable retention periods.
