A game that keeps moving even when you're away, with only a little input from you.
After you register, you become the coach of up to 3 runners. They keep running forever, but they get tired and drop to low speed unless you check in and send them back to their normal pace.

You get a backpack for the boosters you win or buy, then use them on your runners however you want: speed them up or give yourself more time before they need attention.
You can become a professional "coach" by buying Pro or reaching the right XP level. Pro gives you a bigger backpack, runner name and color edits, and access to custom runs.
At the end of each week, month, and year, the top of the leaderboard wins free boosters to use on runners. Twice a year, the game also rewards the global leaders.
And you will also win a booster every time your coach level increases.

Closed Alpha version starts
Invite only alpha version starts, and will run for two months (no data will be saved to beta version).

Your data is safe. Your email is only used for login and optional notifications. We never share or sell your data.
It's free to play. The game is 100% free. Pro version and boosters are optional purchases available via credit card (Stripe) or bitcoin (BTCPay Server) — you never need to spend anything to play and enjoy the game.
Rewards are genuine but modest. Satoshi rewards are a real bonus on top of a real game. You compete, earn badges, and climb leaderboards — the bitcoin is a cherry on top, not bait. Don't expect to get rich; the rewards are small and grow with your runners' distance and your coach level.
No wallet required upfront. No wallet connection, no seed phrases. You only provide a bitcoin wallet address when you choose to withdraw your rewards — and only once you've reached the minimum threshold.
Real developer, real project. Run4ever is built solo by Marcos Mendes, a developer from Portugal. This is a passion project born from the idea of "plant a tree, have a child, write a book" — except I replaced the book with a game. You can try it now without registering.

I've already have a healthy and beautiful daughter, have planted a couple of trees in my childhood (more planting coming soon), but for the book part, I don't have any idea how to do it, so I replaced the book with a game. And it is something I always wanted to do. Always liked games (all types of games) and wanted a different game, without an end, and a bit different from all the other games.
I really hope not. The idea is for even when I'm gone, the game can continue exactly the same way. I don't know what the future will bring us, technology wise, but as long as internet as we know it exists, and I'm around, the runners will continue running. The last milestone badge, for the average runner, will need at least 60 years to get.
First, register your player, after that, you can start creating runners, up to three, and your runners will start running automatically. After that, you can use boosters on your runners and try to be on the top of leaderboards, and if you want, buy pro to have some benefits. See the rulebook for full details.
Yes! Once you have runners, you are already winning satoshis. The more distance your runners have, and the more player XP you have, the more rewards you will get. Also, being on the top of leaderboards will give you boosters, which will help your runners to run more distance, and therefore win more rewards. See the rulebook for full details.
You need to reach the minimum reward threshold to enable sending to your own wallet. After that you can set your wallet address.
