Run4ever is still evolving, and some features may be experimental. We cannot guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or perfect preservation of gameplay data, progress, rewards, or purchases in every circumstance.
By using Run4ever, you agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, abuse payment systems, automate gameplay in unfair ways, impersonate others, or submit offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. We may suspend or remove accounts that harm the game or its community.
Some features, including Run4ever Pro, may require payment. Prices and feature availability may change over time. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access or digital benefits have been delivered.
Bitcoin payments are final and irreversible. Please double-check your purchase before confirming a crypto payment.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Run4ever and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits, or access resulting from your use of the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
